A blog hop with a difference

Have you seen this going around?
It's called a Blog Hop with a Difference, and the reason it's different is because there's no end to it!  Let me explain.....

Last week I was  tagged in the Blog Hop with a Difference by Helen Hapsi

I have only met Helen twice but let me tell you, she is as 'poweful' and as 'to the point' kind of person as her creations are...

Today I share with you my contribution to the Blog Hop, including the three people I've chosen to carry on the banner next week. But I'll get to that in a minute.

I've been invited to answer the following questions:

1. What am I working on right now?

On my desk right now...a layout for the upcoming SnP challenge,
a mini album for a dear friend...and maybe a card or two...
You may don't believe it but I work on several projects at a time,
it keeps my creativity flowing!

2. How long does it take to create a project?

As soon as I know what I want to do, it only takes an hour or max two!
Don't forget, I am a CAS girl! ;-)

3. What are my fave things I love to create with at the moment?

I'm still totally obsessing over die-cuts. I may have mentioned that once or twice here before.

4. How does my creative process work?

The first thing is THE PICTURE I want to work with...and then pulling out a colour combination.
Often I'm inspired by the colours I find in a kit or within a collection so that actually the decision has already been made for me!

Next I pull together some supplies that match the colours so that when I'm in the middle of assembling my layout I'm not faced with infinite choices.

5. How do I become inspired and stay inspired?

Wish I could say it's the stories I want to share and keep, the milestones I want to treasure...but let's be honest,it's not always that deep and meaningful! I'm very often inspired by pretty pictures, sketches, colour combinations, other scrapbookers layouts...Pinterest is probably my favorite source of inspiration!

Stay inspired?...not that easy and something I am not very good at! I am trying though...maybe by trying to see the good in every day moments!

6. What is my signature style?

This is always the trickiest question to answer isn't it? Definitions are tricky, especially since like most people I find that my style has evolved over time and I hope it will continue to do so in the future. Right now I'm finding that I'm totally into very clean and very simple layouts. White is my fav colour, fewer embellishments than before and maybe more of journalling.

And now I'd like to nominate three fabulous women who'll post next Monday and keep this Blog Hop with a Difference going!

Eleni Gratsia is my craft guru! Whatever the question she has the answer! She has it all! Traditional scrapbooking, CAS, mixed media...you can see a little bit of every style in her work and that's what I love most about her! She is a hell of a lady and I love her lots!

Christina Panetsou is a very colourful scrapbooker! She loves mixed media, her journal is beautiful!, and you can see that in her layouts! She is a mother of three very young children, and a puppy!, she is working full time and the fact that she tries to find some time to create is something I admire about her!

Sophia Xouri is a very low-key and shy girl...I don't know her that well but I believe that what you see is what you get! Like her layouts and minis...clean and simple, soft pure colors.....she stays focussed on the picture and the story she wants to tell! Love it!

Hope you visit their blogs and find some inspiration for the week that just started! Enjoy!
